Readers Rules & Regulations

1. Readers must be 25 years of age or older.  Have at least 5 years experience as a professional reader.

2. As a reader you are working for Accurate Online Psychics as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

3. You must have a PC computer that has Windows 2000 or XP.

4. You need to have at least two active email addresses to work on our website.

5. You must be able to answer your phone while online.

6. You are responsible for your own bookkeeping and taxes.

7. Before becoming a reader on the AOP website you must take and pass 2 email and/or phone/chat reading tests.

8. Clients you get outside of AOP are yours. Clients you read for AOP remain for the exclusive use of AOP.

9. Your AOP reader name ("handle") is meant to be only used with the AOP website. Readers may not use their same AOP reader name ("handle"), and/or their Bio/Profile as created for the AOP website, when working for other websites or for yourself. AOP reserves the right to assign you an AOP reader name ("handle") when reading as an independent contractor for AOP, or at our discretion you may pick your own AOP reader name ("handle"). The AOP reader name ("handle") you use our website becomes the sole property of AOP. Your AOP reader name cannot be used by you even after the termination of the contract.

10. As an Independent Contractor you may work on your own or for other psychic services companies. Remember that when you may work outside of our AOP website, it is not permitted to use your AOP psychic name ("handle") with any other firm. Also, you may not reveal any methods of operation, client lists or pricing of AOP to any competitors for a period up to 12 months after leaving or the termination of your Independent Contractor agreement with AOP.

11. AOP readers are not to exchange any contact information (real names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) with AOP clients.

12. Readers need to submit their invoices upon the completion of every two weeks. Payments to the Readers are on a Net Basis. Net Basis includes deducting any credit card chargebacks, or refunds, or cancelled payments of any kind from the Readers Gross Income.

13. Readers need to also send a photocopy of their social security card number and state driver's license.

14. Our chat room requires the use of a compatible web browser. Currently supported browsers are: * Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape 7 on Windows, Mac OSX and Linux * Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher on Windows * Opera 7 on Windows, Mac OSX and Linux Other browsers may work but are not supported at this time. Most of these browsers can be obtained for free. Please visit Mozilla.org for free downloads of Firefox, Mozilla and Camino (Camino is a Mac OSX version of Firefox and, while untested, should work fine).
